Right on the shore of Elephant Butte Lake, Hodges Corner Restaurant grew out of a simple belief: good food tastes better when the view is this good. Locals bring us their families, weekend visitors pull in after a day on the water, and everyone leaves with a full plate and a reason to come back.
Our kitchen sources what it can locally and builds every dish with care. No shortcuts, no fuss — just honest, satisfying food that feels like home, even if home is a lakeside table with a cold drink and a golden sky.
